Who regulates investment managers/stockbrokers?
All APCIMS members are fully regulated by the appropriate authorities.
As of the 1st of December 2001, all UK APCIMS members are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
You can check whether an investment manager or stockbroker is regulated via the FSA Register (www.fsa.gov.uk/register/home.do).
