Paterson takes command of communications at APCIMS
Dirk Paterson has been appointed as Head of Communications at the Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers where he will bolster the organisation’s profile with media and political stakeholders.
Paterson, founding Head of Public Affairs at the Financial Services shop Lansons, has just completed an interim contract at the Royal Mail as Head of Government Affairs before moving to APCIMS.
Paterson said: “APCIMS leads the charge for the private client wealth management community and at this challenging time in the City I fully intend to ensure that APCIMS increases further the significant profile we have enjoyed.”

Paterson is charged with raising the many regulatory issues facing the industry with media and political stakeholders as well as influencing media and political parties in the run up to the next election.
