APCIMS rewards customer service excellence as members sweep up at City awards ceremony
Last night APCIMS members swept up 17 of the 21 Systems in the City Awards demonstrating the professionalism of the APCIMS membership.
ACPIMS CEO David Bennett presented Sara Smith of peterevans, an APICMS associate member, with the APCIMS award for Exceptional Customer Service at the Goodacre Systems awards.
Sara Smith joined peterevans having previously been a client of the firm. As a user, Sara was familiar with the company and product, and therefore ideally placed to understand the requirements of her role. Sara is obviously highly regarded by customers and has now been with the firm for 10 years.
David Bennett said:
“We’re delighted to congratulate Sara on this impressive award for customer service. Many of our firms have represented investors for several generations, so excellence in customer service is at the very heart of the private client business model.
