How can I find out whether a company in which I hold shares is still trading?

The London Stock Exchange offers a very helpful service which should be able to advise you whether the company is still trading – or what has happened to it.

Write to Charles Parsons at Public Information, London Stock Exchange, London EC2N 1HP with a photocopy (not the original) of the share certificate and your contact phone number.
